來自義大利 ICIF 義大利廚藝學院的主廚Giancarlo首次來台授課,與姊妹校經國管理學院協辦,將於寒假期間2/13(一)~2/17(五)進行為期5天共40個小時的豐富課程,內容包括了義大利最具代表性的Pizza(different doughs、traditional Italian Pizza、Neapolitan、Roman、Focaccia......),義大利各式的Pasta麵點(Dried Pasta、 Fresh Home-made Pasta、Gnocchi、Baked Pasta……),全部授課內容皆為實做課程,並以英文授課,另有中文同步翻譯。

 

 

ITALIAN PASTA & PIZZA COURSES

Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF Taiwan)

Italian Chef Giancarlo is from ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners) and it's the first time he comes to Taiwan and teach Pizza and Pasta Courses. The courses are going to be held from 2/13~2/17, 2017 at Ching Kuo Campus. From the Pizza Courses the students will learn to make different doughs,traditional Italian Pizza, Neapolitan, Roman, Focaccia…… From the Pasta Courses the students will learn how to make dried pasta, fresh home-made pasta, gnocchi, baked pasta…….All the students have the equal chances to follow the steps of the chef and make their own materials. All the classes will be taught in English and Chinese translations is also available.
