冬日將近,來自北義美食大城皮蒙特區的Osteria by Angie光復店主廚Erik與Skills Cooking School帶來暖心的杜林傳統菜餚教學。 現在任職於Osteria by Angie光復店的Erik,木訥害羞的他帶著一股純樸實在的親切感,初次在Skills任教的菜單首重皮蒙特的家鄉味。 以皮蒙特區非常傳統的香蒜蔬菜鯷魚熱沾醬開胃,鹹香的風味以清爽的水煮或是生蔬菜棒一起入口;北義大利人的家常花豆手工香腸燉飯,樸實的外貌卻有著驚人的美味;杜林的牛肉代表料理義式麵包棒奶油煎菲力,軟嫩的牛菲力兩側沾裹上打碎的義大利經典麵包棒,熱鍋中融化的奶油、鼠尾草、巴西里交織而成一場美妙的舞曲。最後用義大利人的道地吃法,一匙匙挖起那白色的甜膩的軟牛軋糖,滿足你的味蕾!
