由Osteria by Angie行政總主廚 Patrick與Skills cooking school 設計的耶誕套餐課程，在家也能溫馨宴客過聖誕! 來自義大利托斯卡尼、在台超過五年，擔任Osteria by Angie餐廳行政總主廚的Patrick最擅長料理氣派的宴客料理，特別為Skills學員設計充滿節慶氣息的課程菜單。 課堂中將實作北義媽媽傳統手工雞蛋義大利麵搭配鮮奶油佐炒野菇與義大利香腸來開啟盛宴；酥烤豬肋排以托斯卡尼簡單直接的傳統烹調方法料理，搭配紫高麗、酸黃瓜、焦糖地瓜三種特選配菜，粗獷簡約的烹調方式，呈現托斯卡尼區風情的樸實大氣；最後呈現歐洲冬日家常卻奢華的甜點紅酒燉洋梨佐瑪莎拉沙巴雍搭配肉桂熱紅酒，為充滿團聚氣息的12月畫上溫馨色彩。

Cook and enjoy the delicious Christmas menu in the festive season with Executive chef Patrick from Osteria by Angie Dazhi. Patrick has been serving as the executive chef in Osteria by Angie - Dazhi. His simple but straightforward cooking approach is influenced by his home town Tuscany. The Christmas menu is exclusively designed for Skills to learn a festive menu and cook at home. From learning how to make fresh egg pasta dough to cook the creamy mushroom sausage sauce, fill your stomach with your handmade spaghetti before the main course. Oven roasted pork ribs with selected side dishes shows the robust Tuscany food culture. Light up your mouth with ordinary yet luxury pear in red wine with Zabaione and flavoured hot cinnamon wine to colour the joyful December.
