義大利食品製造業於2016年以380億歐元以及3%的成長率創下歷史新紀錄。葡萄酒再度成為最受國際市場歡迎的義大利產品,2016年其成長率達3%。此外,蔬果(+4%)、乳酪(+7%)以及橄欖油(+6%)也都創佳績。就國別而言,2016年義大利氣泡酒在法國市場表現驚人,成長率達到57%;義大利乳酪以及義大利麵也在中國大陸分別成長34%與16%。至於義大利啤酒則在愛爾蘭成長31%。

2016年義大利食品在台灣市場同樣表現優異,義大利咖啡成長11%、乳製品成長8%、葡萄酒成長7%,而蕃茄製品也有3%的成長率。

 

Italian food industry in 2016 has established an all-time record with 38 billion euro and a 3% growth. Wine is once again the Italian most favourite product abroad with a growth of 3% after fruits and vegetables (+4%), cheeses (+7%) and olive oil (+6%). While in terms of Italians food products’ performances in single states, Italian wine has a stunning growth of 57% for sparkling wine in France. Italian dairies also grow in China (+34%) and 16% for pasta, while Italian beer had a hotshot in Ireland with a growth of 31%.

In Taiwan, in 2016 Italian coffee had a growth of 11%, 8% for dairies, 7% for wines and 3% for tomato products.
