義大利政府於日前通過一規範「Home Restaurant」的新法令,而根據Confesercenti義大利旅遊業與服務業協會的統計,此新興的社交飲食活動於2014年的營收達7百萬歐元。

法令規範內容包括這些所謂的「Home Restaurant」—私廚,每年的年收入不可超過5千歐元,招待人數則不可超過500人。此外,與潛在顧客的交流則必須透過專門的電子平台,包含電子付款以避免逃漏稅。更重要的是,這些Home Restaurant的經營者必須具備「Scia」義大利的營利事業開業證明,另外衛生檢驗證明、產物險和涵蓋各項風險損失的商業險同樣也為必要文件。

 

The Italian government has approved the new regulation on home restaurant which sets precise rules to regulate the social eating phenomenon which according to the estimates by Confesercenti generated a revenue of over 7 million euros in 2014.

The rules include the home restaurants may not have a revenue of more than 5,000 euro nor serve more than 500 persons per year. Furthermore, it is required to interact with potential customers on dedicated digital platforms, including obligatory payment by electronic systems in order to prevent from tax evasion. There is one more requirement, the so-called “Scia”, declaration of commencement of business activity, in addition to health and hygiene certification and insurance on the house and to cover the risks that may derive from such activities.
